General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and provision of sports activities (“Services”) offered by All Ride School® through our website https://allrideschool.com (“Website”). By booking any activity through our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from making a booking.

Customer: Any individual or entity booking a service through the Website.
Services: The sports activities provided by All Ride School, including but not limited to kitesurfing, wingfoiling, surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, skateboarding, BMX, and scootering.
Provider: All Ride School.

Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit and debit cards only. All payments must be made in Euros (€).
Payment processing is secured using HTTPS protocols and Stripe® payment platform to ensure safe transactions.
Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on the Website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled activity time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled activity time are not eligible for a refund. Instead, a voucher for the full value of the booking will be issued, valid for 12 months.
Provider Cancellations
In the event that All Ride School cancels an activity, Customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Safety Measures
All activities are conducted by certified instructors following strict safety protocols.
Safety equipment is provided and must be used at all times during the activities.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the instructors.
Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
Insurance
All Ride School holds civil liability insurance.
Customers are strongly advised to have personal insurance coverage for personal injury or loss.
Liability Waiver
By participating in the activities, Customers agree to waive any claims against All Ride School for injuries or damages incurred during the activities.

All bookings, payments, and customer data must be processed through the All Ride School digital platforms. Failure to use these tools may result in the termination of the service agreement.

Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
All Ride School reserves the right to remove any Customer who poses a risk to themselves or others, or who is disruptive.

Condition of Equipment
Equipment provided is in good working condition and must be returned in the same condition.
Customers must report any pre-existing damage before use.
Damage and Loss
Customers will be charged for any damage or loss of equipment.
In the event of theft, the Customer will be responsible for the full replacement cost and must file a police report.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customers’ data will be protected and used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
