These Terms of Sales govern the booking and provision of Water Sports Activities (referred to as “the Services”) from the website https://allrideschool.com (referred to as “the Website”). By making a booking on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sales Watersports. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when the payment has been successfully processed. Until payment is received, the booking is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.
2. Payment: We accept payment by credit and debit cards or bank transferts. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the Website which is Euro (€).

1. Refund Policy: If a cancellation request is made by the Customer 72 hours or more before the scheduled booking time, we can provide a refund for the booking amount. For cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking time, refunds are not available. Instead, we offer a voucher for the full value of the booking, which can be used for any water sports activity or shop purchase within a period of 18 months from the date of issuance.

1. Cancellation by the Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us 72 hours or more before scheduled booking time, and in any case as soon as possible. 2. Cancellation by the Service Provider: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booked activity, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date or activity of equal value.

2. Safety Measures and Equipment: We prioritize safety and provide a high level of safety equipment for all water sports activities. Our equipment brands include Duotone, Ion, Fanatic, and Jobe. We exclusively offer brand new equipment from the current year to ensure optimal performance and safety.
3. Certified Instructors: We have certified and trained instructors who are experienced in providing water sports activities. They adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
4. Civil Responsibility Insurance: As a professional company, we maintain a civil responsibility insurance policy to provide additional protection and coverage.
5. Personal Insurance: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we strongly recommend that Buyers have their own private insurance coverage in case of any personal injury or loss during the water sports activities. It is the responsibility of the Buyers to ensure up to date and adequate personal insurance coverage.
